A Flourish Hub is more than just a program—it’s a commitment to empowering young people, fostering resilience, and creating a culture where students can truly thrive.

What Does It Mean to Be a Flourish Hub?

As a Flourish Hub, your school will be at the heart of delivering The Flourish Project within your setting. You’ll have the tools, training, and resources to provide ongoing support to students, helping them build confidence, develop positive relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

When your school partners with us to become a Flourish Hub:

We provide training for up to two staff members to become accredited Flourish Facilitators.

Facilitators will be equipped to deliver the program directly to students, fostering stronger connections, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

Your school becomes part of a network of accredited hubs, gaining access to continued support, resources, and a community of like-minded educators.

Why Become a Flourish Hub?

We recognise the immense pressures on school staff and the growing needs of young people. The reality is, we can’t do everything—but we must do something. The Flourish Project enables schools to take proactive steps in supporting students’ well-being, creating a safe space where they can develop the confidence, resilience, and skills needed to flourish.

By becoming a Flourish Hub, your school is making a long-term investment in the future of its students—helping to shape happier, healthier, and more confident young people.

* We also have a Welsh-language resource available to support schools across Wales in delivering The Flourish Project in their native language.

Equipped-to-Flourish

We are passionate about equipping Schools to be part of the solution in making a positive difference to young people’s lives and to the community as a whole.
