Christmas is fast approaching!
Christmas is Fast Approaching!
To so many, ChristmasĀ is the most wonderful time of the year. A time where we gather with family and friends, exchange gifts, eat together and take some much needed rest from work, school and all round āreal lifeā. A time where children are spoiled with gifts, chocolate, memories and fun.
Unfortunately, this time of year isnāt like this for everybody. For many of our children and young people across the UK, Christmas isnāt as joyful a picture as the John Lewis advert likes to paint.
As we begin to walk into 2022, almost 2 years since COVID-19 reared its ugly head on our shores, more than ever weāre counting the cost of a lack of mental and emotional well being in our children and young people. Weāve seen a worrying trend of a dramatic increase in self harming and suicide amongst our young people.
Perhaps this year the gift our children and young people truly need canāt be bought in a shop or online!
Perhaps what our children and young people need is long term investment — something that will help improve their mental and emotional well-being, increase their self esteem and resilience.

This Christmas, as a charity, we are fundraising to allow us to deliver the Flourish Project, in partnership with local churches, to schools in our local communities.
Our aim is to deliver the project to 30 young people within local schools across Central England and South Wales starting on the 11th January 2022.
For us to be able to do this, we need to raise £1650 to see 30 children complete the Flourish Project.
This festive season, we would love for you to partner with us in giving our children the gift of investment, identity, self esteem and help them improve their mental and emotional well being.Ā
Give a give that will truly change lives!
